2 BATCH B NYSC MEMBERS SET WED (PRE-WEDDING PHOTOS)

"We arrived the NYSC Orientation Camp at Old MacGregor College, Afikpo Ebonyi State, Nigeria.. On 28th October 2015..We all came with the intention of serving our Great Nation Nigeria..

Hence we went about the rigorous activities of the camp, that lasted for full 21days..BUT SOMETHING HAPPENED!!

Two Corps Members from my Platoon (Platoon 2) actually became friends.. then became close friends.. and after the camp..decided to move a step further by going into an intimate relationship..

And now..THEY HAVE DECIDED TO TIE THE KNOTS!!
Now Guess What???
They will be joined in the same state where they are serving and of course.. They are getting Married during their Service Year..

I believe God wants all of His children to come to a point where we throw up our hands, give up every other pursuit and make Him our primary pursuit. We all need to come to the point where we acknowledge that not only where we saved by grace but we will only run our race successfully by grace....making our dependence on God absolute. There is a 'God-shaped' hole in every human beings heart and no matter how hard we chase after material things and worldly positions or accolades, none of these other things will ever fill up that hole and satisfy us. It's like how we are often thirsty but mistaken that thirst for hunger and instead of drinking water and quenching that thirst, we eat.....and that thirst is still there. Only water will quench it. Likewise, only Jesus satisfies and satisfies completely. No wonder He refers to Himself as Living Water and the Bread of Life. For Him to take over - to fill us up - we must empty ourselves of stuff and especially of 'self...

EFCC arrests AIT Chairman for allegedly collecting N2.1bn from looted arms funds

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly arrested the Chairman of Africa Independent Television (AIT), Raymond Dokpesi . According to Sahara Reporters, Dokpesi was arrested today, December 1, 2015, in connection with the alleged looting of $2 billion in funds meant for the procurement of arms for Nigeria’s military. The money is said to have been paid to Dokpesi by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on the orders of former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki. Dasuki was also arrested today » by officials of the Department of State Services (DSS).
