LETTER TO OUR UPCOMING, IMMINENT, IMPENDING, LOOMING FELLOW GOSPEL ARTISTE & OUR UNBORN, FUTURE GOSPEL MINISTERS/ARTISTE.
I am Jobi Kings; singer, writer, pianist, band leader (music minister), voice over artist, a distinct compere, and a cartographer.

I bring greetings to you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. May His name be praised forever and may that Joy in us know no end in HIM forever.
I recognize and do not take for granted the privilege to share this brief knowledge with us all.
First of all. What makes me think of writing this letter?
I realized that every one of us has one reason or the other, backed up with good intentions for doing this great work. And these motives are personally known to each of us who finds ourselves in it. So I won't want to stand like a judge to criticize other people's works when I have my flaws also. Yeah. But I will be kind enough to share these words of advice which I have received from several platforms and put together here for the benefits of other ministers in the kingdom.
As a Gospel Artist, (you may choose to ignore) there are some points we should take cognizance of which are as follows:
1. Let us always make a check on our lives as one could be jumping up and down for God and without God in the race.
2. Starting well, but getting distracted along the line as most artist do, and miss the purpose of the calling.
3. Not spending appropriate time with God. If we spend that much time developing skills, what makes the difference when it comes to the God factor.
4. Let us endeavour to leave a good legacy behind for the upcoming ones. (This is so common)
5. Being mindful of where we will spend our eternity.
God can use anything and anybody to proclaim his glory on earth, but where we decide to spend eternity lies with us.
So let's not be moved by the fame and honour that comes with the ministry, but rather always being conscious of where we are with God.
6. Importantly, In everything you do, put God first. Always pray your way out before any endeavour, for directions and grace.
7. And don't always trust in your own abilities alone, but have self confidence; believing in the ministry of the Holy Spirit. And always pray for Fresh Oil.
8. Be sure to always update yourself and don't be out of vogue.
9. And avoid mingling with worldly things so as not to get discouraged or loose focus and get contaminated. 1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (kjv)
10. Your passion and Perseverance would always help you through challenges, because they will definitely come.
The road to success is always rough and thorny. People will offer you other ways... Yeah I mean other way but stay Focused... And Study God's word yourself before any of those fake end time preachers mislead you.
Don't worry about what others are doing, do what God has sent you and Stay Truly Humble.
And God is ever faithfully to give you more than you need, as far as your ways are right with Him.
And I'll leave you with the Words one of my spiritual fathers who said to me like a years ago;
"God's Assignment on earth will never lack God's resources on earth. So if resources aren't coming... Then the assignment is questionable.

$40b drained from External Reserve in 10 years, says CBN

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has lamented that about $40 billion was depleted from the nation’s external reserves in 10 years due to the taste for imported goods by Nigerians. To stop bleeding  the external reserve, the CBN has urged Nigerians to begin to process raw materials so as to get more value and earn more foreign exchange. According to the CBN governor Mr Godwin Emefiele, “exported raw materials such as crude, wood, cocoa amongst others whose end products are later imported, are being sold cheaply and bought back at more expensive rates.” He said the level of the external reserve will be significantly beefed up if fuel which takes up 20 per cent of Nigeria’s import bill is locally produced. Defending the decision of the CBN to support the real sector, Emefiele said the apex bank “is convinced that the sector has sufficient employment capabilities, high growth potentials, contributes significantly in accretion to foreign reserves, expands the industrial base and divers

BE BLESSED BY THE STORY BEHIND HYMN Higher Ground

Higher Ground Lyrics I’m pressing on the upward way, New heights I’m gaining every day; Still praying as I’m onward bound, “Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.” Lord, lift me up and let me stand, By faith, on Heaven’s tableland, A higher plane than I have found; Lord, plant my feet on higher ground. My heart has no desire to stay Where doubts arise and fears dismay; Though some may dwell where those abound, My prayer, my aim, is higher ground. Lord, lift me up and let me stand, By faith, on Heaven’s tableland, A higher plane than I have found; Lord, plant my feet on higher ground. I want to live above the world, Though Satan’s darts at me are hurled; For faith has caught the joyful sound, The song of saints on higher ground. Lord, lift me up and let me stand, By faith, on Heaven’s tableland, A higher plane than I have found; Lord, plant my feet on higher ground. I want to scale the utmost height And catch a gleam of glory bright; But sti
